The Central Bank of India Apprentice 2025 is one of India’s oldest public sector banks, with a wide nationwide presence. It plays a key role in offering financial services, promoting financial inclusion, and implementing government schemes. The bank now invites candidates for its one‑year Apprentice training programme under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Job Overview

CBI is offering 4,500 Apprentice posts at various branches across India. This position falls under the Central Government / PSU category and is designed to provide hands‑on training in banking operations for one year. Apprentices will receive structured learning and career exposure in banking practices.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (any field) from a recognized university or equivalent obtained before the application date.
  • Age Limit (as on 31 May 2025): 20–28 years. Relaxations apply: +5 (SC/ST), +3 (OBC), +10 (PwBD‑UR/EWS), +13 (PwBD‑OBC), +15 (PwBD‑SC/ST), +7 (divorced/widowed women).
  • Additional Requirement: Must be registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
